Superfit Boxing’s Mega Bootcamp is an indoor/outdoor group personal training program, designed to get serious results.
We use fun and motivating activities based on personal training protocols, and our aim is to keep you highly enthused and coming back for more! You will train three times a week, for 60 minutes, working every muscle group and pushing your body to its limit. The sessions will test and challenge you, both mentally and physically.
We utilise boxing, cardio and strength based activities combined with a variety of cross training methods to assist clients in obtaining maximum results. The variation is designed to increase overall cardio fitness, strength and endurance, while reducing body fat and increasing muscle definition. The program is designed to get more physically challenging as the weeks progress.
The sessions are held in a fun, friendly and relaxed environment with team challenges included to add excitement and diversity & to eliminate any chance of boredom. Clients will be worked to their own individual capacity, while being motivated and encouraged to achieve their personal goals.
A consultation will be arranged prior to the program commencing to take a series of photos and girth & weight measurements, and to consult with you regarding your meal plan. During the first week of the program there will be a series of fitness tests done. These will all be redone at the completion of the program for comparison of improvement. Attendance in the program is compulsory to ensure outstanding results.
These results will then be submitted together with a Testimonial based on your experience in the program to determine the overall winner of the Bootcamp! Prizes will be determined and at the Trainers discretion.

We understand the importance of combining healthy eating with any exercise/weight loss program. To ensure our clients achieve the results they truly deserve, a 12 week customised and fully structured meal plan will be provided for the duration of the program, which includes a detailed recipe booklet. You will know what to eat, when to eat and how much! Combining a regular training plan AND healthy eating will amplify your results, which we absolutely guarantee!
