You WILL have to get up quite early however you WILL see sunrises that other people are missing by sleeping. (And for the more shy clients it can be advantageous to workout in the dark.)
You WILL be amongst people of varied age, size and level of fitness.
Bootcamp is an investment in your future. By staying fit and active you WILL create a longer-term life expectancy and your body WILL deteriorate at a much slower pace, keeping you mobile in older age.
You WILL sleep better.
We WILL drill you like an army sergeant, only if you are wasting your own money and not even trying.
You WILL make friends.
